Starting from now, NEXKY would like YOU to give yourself a “Performance Score” at the end of each week. Take 5-10 minutes to reflect on yourself over the past week. The performance score can be categorized into 3 levels :

1. Level of Consciousness
Living in the moment means that you are aware of the goals you have set and how you are going in that direction. For example, if your goal is to attain the highest GPA in your batch, you might need to plan your studies and read up on each semester’s syllabus ahead of time!⏰
2. Level of Discipline
It is the amount of energy you put into something you know is difficult, but eventually, it will bring you closer to your goals, if you stick to it. For example, if you had planned out your weekly schedule to go for a run🏃🏽. But did you skip that plan and went ahead to sleep💤 in because you didn’t feel like it? Don’t worry if you did not discipline yourself well enough at the start; slowly work your way up! 📈
3. Level of Health and Stress
Your body IS your biggest asset, and if your stress levels are not kept in check, it could ultimately destroy your functionality in the long run!
