Say Goodbye to Office Syndrome With 3 Moves From NEXKY!

Sore neck or back from working on your computer?

Today, NEXKY has some easy moves for you to try and relax your muscles!

Warning: If you experience muscle or joint problems, please seek medical care before trying anything!

Exercise 1

  1. Put your right arm over your head and place your hand near your left ear.
  2. Gently pull your arm towards the right until your neck feels a bit stretched. 
  3. Hold for 15 seconds.
  4. Repeat for the other side. A total of 3 sets.

Exercise 2

  1. Spread your arms to the front and grab your hands together. 
  2. Twist and pull your arms to the right. Hold for a few seconds.
  3. Pull your arms to the starting position and twist to the left.
  4. Repeat for 2-3 sets.

Exercise 3

  1. Lie face down on the floor. 
  2. Place both of your hands by your side.
  3. Pull your chest up and look straight ahead.
  4. Breathe in and out for 5 sets and go back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for 2-3 sets.
