
Sore neck or back from working on your computer?
Today, NEXKY has some easy moves for you to try and relax your muscles!
Warning: If you experience muscle or joint problems, please seek medical care before trying anything!
Exercise 1

- Put your right arm over your head and place your hand near your left ear.
- Gently pull your arm towards the right until your neck feels a bit stretched.
- Hold for 15 seconds.
- Repeat for the other side. A total of 3 sets.
Exercise 2

- Spread your arms to the front and grab your hands together.
- Twist and pull your arms to the right. Hold for a few seconds.
- Pull your arms to the starting position and twist to the left.
- Repeat for 2-3 sets.
Exercise 3

- Lie face down on the floor.
- Place both of your hands by your side.
- Pull your chest up and look straight ahead.
- Breathe in and out for 5 sets and go back to the starting position.
- Repeat for 2-3 sets.
