1️⃣Sit or stand up straight so that your lungs can expand fully
2️⃣Touch the back of your front teeth with the tip of your tongue
3️⃣Breathe out through your mouth. There should be a candle-blowing sound
4️⃣Breathe in slowly counting to 4
5️⃣Hold your breath for 7
6️⃣Breathe out slowly for 8
7️⃣Repeat steps 4 to 6 three times
