What is mindfulness?

Anyone feeling a bit down and not enjoying life right now? 😔 The workload is overwhelming, and I just want to take a break for a day. 😩📝

Today, NEXKY invites everyone to get to know mindfulness, also known as consciousness. 😊 It’s a form of practice that helps us understand our emotions without judgment. It can be practiced anytime and anywhere 🤩 such as during resting times, after class, or while walking home.🚶You can experience mindfulness all the time by living in the moment, focusing on what you’re doing, and being fully present in that action. This allows you to reconnect and give attention to your feelings without judgment, fully accepting them.

Let go of the old notion that mindfulness must involve meditation. 🧘‍♀️If you still feel tense, you can find an activity to do simultaneously. For example, you can draw🎨 or listen to music🎧 while practicing mindfulness.

Moreover, consistent practice not only helps us understand our own emotions but also provides a great opportunity for self awareness.
