3. Choose the bank account you would like to link to your ID
4. Go to the debit card details page and click ‘continue’

5. Add your delivery details

6. Choose the branch you prefer

• a. Siam Square
• b. Chulalongkorn Hospital
• c. Chamchuri Square
• d. MBK Center
• e. Samyan Mitrtown

7. Check the details and click ‘confirm’
