🫧A good hair wash frequency is 3-4 times a week, with not too warm or cold water. After that, gently squeeze water out of your hair and use a towel to dry it out.

🧴Moisturize your hair with hair conditioner or treatment. After hair wash, leave conditioner or treatment for 2-3 minutes then wash it off. This will help achieve nourished hair.

💨Dry your hair before going to bed if washing your hair at night is necessary. This will help fixing frizzy hair, treating split ends, not getting germ infections, and most importantly, sleeping well.

🪮Don’t aggressively comb your hair as it is a cause leading to hair loss. Moreover, selecting the correct type of comb according to hair type is essential and comb cleaning should be done frequently.

🙅‍♀️Avoid using excessive heat and chemicals as they will weaken keratin structure which is the main reason for dry frizzy hair.

🍅Take some hair supplements and high nourishment food for hair like egg, high fat fish, green leaf vegetables, and beans. High lipid food, caffeinated drinks, and alcohol should be avoided.
