CUSW has gathered both services and psychological resources, and more than that license psychologists and psychiatrists are available to support Chula students’ mental well-being through an online platform https://chula.wellness.in.th 📱
1️⃣ Mind Hotline – A hotline service to support Chula students in times of stress. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and need urgent help, we recommend Mind Hotline, where kind and caring psychologists are ready to listen. (Available via LINE)🎧

2️⃣ Mind Appointment – For private, one-on-one support, head to the Chula Wellness website and click on “Mind Appointment”. Fill in your personal information and share what you’re going through, then schedule your session.

3️⃣ Mind Test – want to take a quick test to get insight that is specific to your situation? the Mind Test offers 3 different types which consist of a Social Mental Health assessment, the DASS (a two-week emotional reflection tool), and the THMQ (a one-month mental health screening) 📈
4️⃣ Mind Support – A hub of mental health content for self-care. There are plenty of helpful articles to support your well-being. For example, “When I Set the Bar Too High for Myself” “Why Do I Feel Unworthy of Love?”
