When talking about Christmas, most of us will probably think of the Christmas Tree🎄and the festive songs blasting all around🎶but the celebration of this time of year is not the same everywhere.
Today, NEXKY will be sharing some fun facts about celebrating Christmas in 5 countries that is unique in their own ways.🤩
🇯🇵Japan
The Japanese tend to eat KFC Fried Chicken on Christmas day. The queue is so long, they usually book months in advance!
🇩🇪Germany
The Germans go to an outdoor market on Christmas day with a glass of wine in one hand and a sausage in the other.
🇬🇷Greece
Greece is surrounded by bodies of water so there are Christmas decorations on the boat. In Athens, the capital city, there is a boat with decorations placed right next to the Christmas tree.
🇦🇺Australia
Christmas in Australia is in the summer as they are in the Southern hemisphere. So Australians can be found at the beach with shrimp in hand and playing cricket on Christmas day.
🇷🇺Russia
Russians don’t celebrate Christmas on the 25th but on the 7th of January as it is Christmas day for the Orthodox, the main religion in Russia.

A sweet love song for the festive season and this Christmas will surely be a special one with you around. The music video is sure to make you feel cozy and warm.
5️⃣Underneath the Tree – Kelly Clarkson 🌲
This one is sure to stick being the fun and upbeat song from our powerhouse. The story behind it is quite similar to All I Want For Christmas Is You; as long as you are here, I don’t need any other gifts.
6️⃣Wish Tree – Red Velvet 🍀
Let’s take a look at a slower song. This song is a Pop Ballad with a beautiful tone that is cozy and chill. This song talks about 3 wishes for the Christmas tree and let me tell you, they are all just the sweetest.
