🚞 Starting from ‘How To Get There’

1. By vans from the MiniBus Station (Chatuchak)

You guys can take the BTS skytrain to Mo Chit station and take a taxi to get here. The Chatuchak station has multiple routes! North, South, East, and West! Each region has its own ticket building A, B, C, and D. Plus, they also have convenience stores and restrooms ready for travelers before your long trip!

For going to Prachuap Khiri Khan, it’s Building D! The ticket price starts at 200 Baht and travel time will be around 4 – 5 hours.

2. By train

You guys can get a single-trip ticket to Hua Hin for only 94 Baht! You will get to experience fresh air in your carriage without air conditioning. Many Thai local foods are also sold throughout the journey on the train! Perfect for adventure-lovers.

🛺 Let’s get on with ‘How To Get Around Hua Hin’

1. ‘Orange’ pick-up truck taxi or Songthaew See Som

This orange route operates from 8.00 – 22.00 hrs. The price starts at 10 – 20 Baht, depending on your distance. (Additional 5 Baht will be added for service after 19.00 hrs.) It will travel past different well-known markets and the famous Hua Hin train station.

2. ‘Green’ pick-up truck taxi or Songthaew See Keow

The green route operates from 6.00 – 21.00 hrs. on Monday to Thursday. From Friday to Sunday, it will operate until 22.00 hrs. It will run at a regular interval of 30 minutes. The price starts at 10 – 20 Baht, with an additional of 5 Baht after 19.00 hrs. This route drives past various tourist attractions such as Khao Takiab, Plearnwan, Cicada Market, and Hua Hin bus station.

3. Tricycle Taxi

If you want to experience the traditional atmosphere, take the tricycle taxi service! However, the price might be slightly higher, starting at 30 Baht per person. For an around-the-town trip, it could cost up to 200 – 300 Baht.

4. Tuk Tuk

How can you travel in Thailand without trying a Tuk Tuk?! This is a popular mode of transportation that foreigners and tourists love. Nevertheless, it is quite pricey, starting at 100 Baht.
