🧡Backward lunge
Step one leg forward and one backwards and bend down. Make sure the front of your knees make a right angle and the back is straight. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 8-15 times before switching sides.
🧡Russian twist
Sit and lean back a little. Bend your legs and lift your feet from the ground. Clasp your hands together in front of your chest and twist to the left and right; alternating between the two.
🧡Back leg kick
Start by sitting in a crawling position. Place your elbows parallel to your hands. Keep you back straight and lift one leg back and up. Your foot should point upwards. Hold for 1, lower to the starting move and repeat for 12-20 times before switching sides.
🧡Elbow plank and leg lift
Start with a plank, lift one leg up and hold for 3 seconds before coming back to your starting position. Do this 10 times before switching sides.
