1️⃣จัดของตามหมวดหมู่ 👚

เริ่มกันที่ขั้นตอนแรก คือ เลือกประเภทของที่อยากจัด โดยควรแยกจัดของเป็นหมวดหมู่ อย่างเช่นจัดหมวดเสื้อผ้าให้เสร็จ แล้วไปจัดหมวดหนังสือต่อ

2️⃣นำของมากองรวมกัน 👜

เมื่อเลือกหมวดหมู่ที่จะจัดได้แล้ว ให้นำของในหมวดนั้นจากทั้งห้องมากองรวมกัน เพื่อที่จะได้รู้จำนวนของทั้งหมดที่เรามี

3️⃣ถ้าไม่ได้รู้สึกชอบจริง ๆ ให้นำไปทิ้ง 🧣

เลือกเก็บของที่รู้สึกว่าชอบจริง ๆ ถ้ามองแล้วไม่ได้เกิดความสุขให้แยกทิ้งไป เช่น เมื่อเลือกจัดเสื้อผ้าแล้วนำมากองรวมกัน ตัวไหนที่ไม่ค่อยได้ใส่ และรู้สึกว่าไม่ได้ชอบ ให้แยกออกมา

4️⃣ตัดใจให้ได้ อย่าเสียดาย 🧢

ทิ้งของที่ไม่ใช้ เหลือไว้แต่สิ่งที่จำเป็น ต้องตัดใจเลือกทิ้งของบางอย่างที่ไม่ได้ใช้แล้ว หรือไม่ได้รู้สึกชอบให้ได้ อย่ารู้สึกเสียดาย ไม่ฉะนั้นห้องก็จะรกเหมือนเดิม ต้องคอยจัดใหม่อยู่เรื่อย ๆ 

5️⃣เก็บของไว้ในกล่อง 📦

ถ้าของที่เลือกเก็บมีจำนวนเยอะ ให้นำมาจัดเก็บลงกล่องเป็นหมวดหมู่ เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบและความสะดวกในการใช้งาน เช่น เสื้อผ้าที่เยอะจนแขวนไม่พอ ให้นำมาพับเก็บเรียงในกล่อง การเก็บลงกล่องยังเป็นการย้ำเตือนว่าของที่เราเลือกเก็บเป็นของที่เราชอบจริง ๆ

เพียงแค่ทำตาม 5 ขั้นตอนง่าย ๆ เหล่านี้ ห้องก็จะมีระเบียบและน่าอยู่มากขึ้น เพียงแค่ลุกขึ้นมาจัดห้อง ก็อาจสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงเล็กๆ น้อย ๆ ในชีวิตได้ 🙌🏻

Chance of misfortune this year

With the New Year, if you feel like whatever you do becomes an obstacle, it may be because this year is bringing misfortune into your life.😱

If you are born in the year of the Dog or 2549 

There is a 100% chance of misfortune this year

and those born in year of the Dragon, Ox, and Goat or the year 2543, 2546, and 2552

There is a 50% chance of misfortune this year

But no need to worry! One can easily change misfortune into luck.

Ways to do so include 

1 Pay respects to Cai Shen or God of wealth to reduce bad luck

2 Go on a 9-temple day trip to bring out fortune

3 Make donations to help out animals like saving cattles’ lives

4 Donate blood and participate in volunteer work

Aim high for your goal! Setting new goals for study motivation, such as achieving A in all subjects this term!

5 Checklist ต้อนรับเปิดเทอม

สวัสดีชาวจุฬาฯ ทุกคน🩷 เดินทางมาถึงช่วงเปิดเทอมกันอีกแล้ววว เชื่อว่าหลาย ๆ คนน่าจะยังไม่ได้เตรียมตัวกัน👀 วันนี้น้อง NEXKY รวม 5 Checklist ที่ควรทำ เตรียมตัวต้อนรับเปิดเทอมมาให้แล้ววว ตามมาดูกันเลยยย👉🏻

1.อุปกรณ์การเรียนต้องพร้อม✏️

จัดอุปกรณ์การเรียนให้พร้อม ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ไอแพด กระเป๋าเรียน ดินสอ ปากกา สมุดบันทึกต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ในการเรียน ต้องเตรียมให้พร้อมนะ!🎒

2.ทบทวนบทเรียน📚

อย่าลืมทบทวนบทเรียนเก่า ๆ ของเทอมที่แล้ว เพื่อนำมาใช้ต่อในเทอมนี้ จดบันทึกย่อเนื้อหาของเทอมที่แล้วมาทบทวนด้วยก็ดีน้า

3.ตั้งเวลาชีวิตใหม่🗓️

ปิดเทอมแล้ว หลาย ๆ คนอาจจะนอนดึก ตื่นสาย แต่เทอมนี้ต้องไม่สายแล้ว!!! ฝึกตื่นเช้าขึ้นวันละ 30 นาที ก็ช่วยให้เราชินในการตื่นเช้าขึ้นแล้วว🌤️

4.อ่านหนังสือล่วงหน้า📖

สายอ่านน่าจะชอบวิธีนี้ อ่านหนังสือล่วงหน้ากันไปเลย เวลาอาจารย์พูดในคลาส จะได้ อ๋อ! เข้าใจเนื้อหาล่วงหน้าก่อนเพื่อน แถมยังไปช่วยเพื่อน ๆ ได้อีกด้วยยย💪🏻

5.ตั้งเป้าหมายใหม่🎯

เป้าหมายมีไว้พุ่งชน! ตั้งเป้าหมายชีวิตใหม่ในการเปิดเทอม เพื่อเป็นกำลังใจในการเรียน เช่น เทอมนี้จะทำทุกวิชาให้ได้ A ทั้งหมด!!!

New Year’s Resolutions

I am sure that for many of us there are things we wanted to do this year but still haven’t. So welcoming the new year, NEXKY invites you all to list out some New Year’s Resolutions!🎉

New Year’s Resolutions is the act of setting an intention to tackle goals for the new year. Each person will make a promise to themselves on what their goals are to become a better person and be determined to accomplish them.✊

But some of you may not know what your New Year’s Resolutions should be and whether it needs to comply with social expectations. Well, NEXKY is here to tell you that your New Year’s Resolution is not for anyone but yourself and that it should be what you want to achieve. But for those who still don’t know, here are some guidelines.😍

💛The goals should be realistic

Of course one should dream big but it is also important to make sure they are achievable. NEXKY recommends setting smaller goals that can be achieved in the near future so you can see your dreams coming true.

🧡Be detailed and specific

Setting goals that are not specific or detailed may be hard to achieve. Rather think about the details, scope, deadline, and objectives of your goals.

💜Imperfection is okay

Not every goal you set has to be accomplished but rather just trying to achieve them is already something to be proud of. So don’t feel discouraged. For example, if it’s your goal to lose 5 kilograms of weight in 6 months but that didn’t happen, just know that at least you try to get closer to your goal.

New Year’s Resolutions คือการตั้งปณิธานสิ่งที่จะทำในปีใหม่นี้ โดยให้เพื่อน ๆ สัญญากับตัวเองว่าเราจะทำอะไรเพื่อพัฒนาเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น จะทำเป้าหมายอะไรให้สำเร็จ✊

ถึงตรงนี้แล้ว หลาย ๆ คนอาจจะยังนึกไม่ออกว่าจะตั้งปณิธานอะไรดี ต้องเป็นตามที่บรรทัดฐานสังคมต้องการหรือไม่ ซึ่ง NEXKY ขอบอกตรงนี้เลยว่า ไม่จำเป็นต้องทำบรรทัดฐานทางสังคม แต่ควรตั้งปณิธานตามสิ่งที่ตัวเราอยากให้เป็นมากกว่า แต่ถ้ายังนึกไม่ออกก็มีคำแนะนำในการตั้งเป้าหมายมาบอกทุกคนกัน😍

💛เป้าหมายไม่ควรใหญ่เกินไป

ถ้าอยากตั้งเป้าหมายใหญ่ ๆ ก็ทำได้ แต่ควรคิดถึงความเป็นจริงด้วยว่ามีความเป็นไปได้มากแค่ไหน แนะนำให้ตั้งเป้าหมายเล็ก ๆ ที่ทำได้ในระยะเวลาสั้นดู ที่เพื่อน ๆ สามารถเห็นทางที่เป้าหมายนั้นจะสำเร็จได้

🧡เขียนรายละเอียดให้ชัดเจน

การตั้งเป้าหมายต้องอย่าพูดลอย ๆ แค่ว่าจะทำ ต้องกำหนดรายละเอียดและขอบเขตเป้าหมายให้ชัดเจน ที่สำคัญ ต้องกำหนดเดตไลน์ของเป้าหมายด้วย

💜ทุกอย่างไม่จำเป็นต้องเพอร์เฟกต์ อย่าท้อ

ทุกเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ไม่จำเป็นต้องทำสำเร็จ แค่ได้ทำ ได้พยายามเข้าใกล้เป้าหมายก็ถือว่าเราบรรลุเป้าหมายแล้ว อย่ารู้สึกท้อไปเลย เช่น ถ้าตั้งเป้ามหมายว่าจะลดน้ำหนักให้ได้ 5 กิโลกรัมในระยะเวลา 6 เดือน แต่ถ้าเวลาผ่านไปแล้วลดได้ไม่ถึง 6 เดือนก็ไม่ต้องเสียใจหรือท้อไป เพราะได้พยายามเข้าใกล้เป้าหมายแล้วนั่นเอง

หลังจากทำตามเป้าหมายแล้ว ไม่ว่าจะสำเร็จหรือไม่ อยากให้ทุกคนให้รางวัลตัวเองกันด้วยนะ💖
